# Managing Subscriptions

How to manage your Pro subscription, cancel, or change plans.

## Viewing Your Plan

Go to **Settings → App** to see your current plan and credits.

## Changing Plans

### Switch between Monthly and Quarterly

1. Go to **Settings → App**
2. Tap **"Manage Subscription"**
3. Select your new plan
4. Confirm the change

### Downgrade to Free

1. Cancel your subscription (see below)
2. You keep Pro benefits until the end of your billing period
3. After that, you revert to the Free plan

## Canceling

### iOS & iPadOS (App Store)

1. Open **iPhone/iPad Settings**
2. Tap your name → **Subscriptions**
3. Find **Craft Agent**
4. Tap **Cancel Subscription**

## Refunds

* **App Store:** Request via Apple's [Report a Problem](https://reportaproblem.apple.com)

## Billing

All subscriptions are managed through the **Apple App Store**. VAT/tax is handled automatically by Apple.

> **Note:** When you cancel, you keep your Pro benefits until the current billing period ends. You won't be charged again.
